Introduction

We are experts for Open Source software. What began as a better way to build software - openness, transparency, collaboration - soon shifted the balance of power in an entire industry. The revolution continues. DataCore has become a trusted provider of Linux and open source technology. And that technology is pervasive, running systems of all sizes, and, more than ever, powering mission-critical computing in the enterprise.

DataCore's involvment

DataCore's staff consists of experienced Open Source developers. Most of them develop open source software in their free time. Our webserver open.datacore.ch provides them with a code repository, distribution platform and documentation site for those projects. Several other webservers present other theme specific informations.

• dev.uavp.ch
  
  Development server of the the Open Source project UAVP - Universal Aerial Video Platform. The project targets an universal deployable QuadroCopter for survilance and video applications. We host the Subversion source code repository, code branches, the developer Wiki and ticket queue of the UAVP project.

• open.datacore.ch
  
  This webserver hosts several of our small to medium Open Source projects as well as documentation and code mirrors of serveral other open source projects we are involved with.

• quagga.ch
  
  This is a mirror site of http://quagga.net the home of the multiprotocol routing daemon Quagga.

• srrd.org
  
  This site is the home of SRRD - The Service Routing Redundancy Server, a high availability cluster server based on the routing protocol OSPF.

• gentoo.datacore.ch
  
  This server hosts additional GenToo Ebuilds for Linux systems running the GenToo Distribution. Furthermore it contains a mirror of GenToo's Ebuild repository.
